Glide down the Douro River from Tua to Pinhão over a 12 km stretch, savouring the silence, the breathtaking vineyard landscape, and the refreshing, calm waters of the Douro. Stop at small, secluded beaches for sunbathing and river swimming.
You’ll be taken by rabelo boat from Pinhão to the Foz Tua Pier in a one-hour regular tour upstream along the stretch of the Douro River, which you will later descend by kayak. During the upstream journey, you’ll have the chance to get to know the river, plan stops for bathing, and prepare for your descent.
