Beautiful and refreshing guided walk along the Pinhão River.
We started the walk at our Pier Magnifico Douro in Pinhão, cross the village of Pinhão, and go to the dam of the Pinhão River, where you can take a short break for a few dives if conditions permit. Then we walk back to the place of departure.
The total distance covered is 4.5 kilometres and the difficulty level is low.
The Pinhão River rises in the Fonte de São João, in the place of Raiz do Monte of the parish of Vreia de Jales, in the municipality of Vila Pouca de Aguiar and is a tributary of the right bank of the Douro River, after a route of about 30 km long
